Return Policy
Account & Receipt Requirements:
• All returns require a customer account
• If you don't have an account, one will be created during the return process
• Original receipt must be presented
• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Originally applied coupons, promotions, frequent buyer discounts will be deducted from refund
Food and Treats:
• Unopened items: Refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt
• Opened items: 100% satisfaction guaranteed to the last bit in the bag
- Original packaging must be presented
- Store credit issued for quality issues
• Perishable items (raw/frozen): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/purchase
Pet Toys:
• Not guaranteed as indestructible
• Defective toys: Returnable within 14 days with receipt
• Destroyed/damaged toys from pet use: Not returnable
• Unopened toys: Refund within 14 days with receipt
Collars, Leashes & Accessories:
• Must be returned with all original tags attached
• 20% restocking fee may be applied if tags are removed
• Must be in original condition
Supplies and Equipment:
• New, unused items: Refund within 14 days with original packaging and receipt
• Used or opened items: Store credit may be issued at management discretion
Exceptions:
• Clearance items are final sale unless defective
• Pet-destroyed toys are not eligible for return or credit
• Specific products marked as non-returnable on register receipt
• 20% restocking fee may apply if return conditions are not met
• Return may be denied if conditions are not met

Manufacturer Coupons
We accept in-date manufacturer coupons at the time of purchase. If you wish to use a coupon on your delivery, leave it for the driver to collect. We will issue a credit on your Hungry Puppy account which can be used on your next purchase or delivery.
Dogs Welcome
Yes! Leashed, non-aggressive dogs are welcome in our store.
If you bring your dog in for a visit be sure they get their picture taken by one of our associates before you leave! We feature the pictures on our Facebook page every Friday.
We accept cash, debit cards, as well as credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Sorry we do not accept checks.
Volume Discounts
Dog/Cat: Applies only to non-sale, large food bag (biggest size available) and be purchased in 1 transaction. Must be same brand.
•Buy 3-4: Receive $1.00 off per bag
•Buy 5-9: Receive $1.50 off per bag
•Buy 10+: Receive $2.00 off per bag
Equine/Livestock: As of 1/1/19, there is no longer volume discount on Equine and Livestock feed
•Due to our new, low every day prices, there is no longer a volume discount program for Equine and Livestock feed
